Artwork Requirements

PRICING

1. Pricing in catalogue is effective Sept 1/05. Due to factors beyond our control prices are subject to change without notice.
2. The list prices in this catalogue are suggestions only and the Distributor is under no obligation to accept them.
3. Terms: Net 30 days or 1%, 10 days. If no account has been opened please send cheque for full amount with order. No C.O.D. orders. There us a $25(X) service charge on all NSF cheques.
4. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

QUANTITIES

1. Less than minimum orders are subject to a surcharge of $50 (C) and half of the catalogue quantity is required.
2. For larger quantities of an item please contact your Customer Service Territory Manager for special pricing.
3. We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 5% over and under the ordered quantity,
4. Order quantities may not be changed unless in writing and agreed upon by ESP.

ART

1. Set-up charges apply on all orders including exact repeat orders.
2. Art is kept on file for 2 calendar years. New art will be required and set-up charges will apply after 2 years.
3. Re-drawing or touching up of art will incur an extra charge based on a rate of $50(X) per hour.
4. We suggest that halftones not be used in artwork and cannot be held responsible for orders authorized by the Distributor.

ACCEPTED METHODS OF SENDING ART

1. Hard copy (reflective) black & white camera-ready laser out-put artwork must be clean and sharp at 100% and 200/400%. Multi-colour art must be supplied as a composite with colour breaks. Faxes, photocopies, business cards, letterhead, hand renderings, etc. will not be accepted as camera-ready art. This art can be sent directly to your Customer Service Territory Manager.
2. E-mailed art is accepted as a redrawn vector Adobe Illustrator CS and/or 8.0 EPS, PDF file with all text converted to Outlines. If using Corel Draw, please save in version 7.0/8.0
TO AVOID ERRORS, PLEASE SEND A COPY OF YOUR ART WITH YOUR PURCHASE ORDER.
3. Laser Engraving art must be completely vectorized and cannot have any colours, tints or strokes. File formats such as .tif, jpg, picts etc. cannot be used for this process. To reduce the chance of e-mail corruption, please use a file compression program such as Stuffit or Zipit.
4. We do not accept any low resolution website art nor file formats such as Quark XPress, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Freehand, Canvas, PageMaker and Adobe Acrobat.
5. When emailing artwork please specify your company name and purchase order on the e-mail.

SAMPLES

1. Please specify on sample order whether you prefer printed or blank product (printed product will be sent if not specified), the Courier account number and Federal ID # (where applicable).
2. Samples will only be accepted for return or credit on or before 21 days after shipping date. Freight in and out is the responsibility of the Distributor.

IMPRINTING
** COLOURS BELOW MAY NOT BE ACCURATE. PLEASE CONSULT A PANTONE COLOUR GUIDE FOR ACCURACY**

1. Multi-colour imprint orders are only available on certain products.
2. Copy change: $40 (C). Ink colours change: $30 (C)
3. Exact colour match: $30 (C)
4. PMS colours are based on white items only. Colours may vary depending on the colour of the product.
5. Standard printing colours are Black, White, Gold, Silver and the following: Red (PMS 185), Red (PMS 485), Yellow (PMS 123), Green (PMS 361), Dark Green (PMS 336), Oranges (PMS 021), Navy Blue (PMS 296), Burgundy (PMS 202), Purple (PMS 2395), Dark Purple (PMS 267), Process Blue (PMS), Reflex Blue (PMS).

SHIPPING

1. All shipments are F.O.B. Markham, ON
2. If method of shipping is not specified, we ship the best way.
3. We reserve the right to ship overnight air to meet your deadline.
4. Normal production time is 5 working days. For rush orders please contact your Customer Service Territory Manager.
5. We are not responsible for delays by couriers.
6. Split shipments will incur a cost of $10 (X) per location.

OPTIONS

1. Faxed Paper Proof: $10 (C). Not available on rush orders.
2. Product Proof: $30 (C), plus the cost of the product.
3. Spec Sample: $60(X) per colour, plus the cost of the product.
4. Laser Engraving personalization: $3 (C) per piece.
5. Laser engraved logo and personalization: $3.50 (C) per piece.
6. Laser engraving on packaging (wood): $50 (C) set-up + $1 (C) per sq. inch.
7. Laser engraving on packaging (tin): $50 (C) set-up + $1.50 (C) per sq. inch.
8. Imprint on packaging: $50 (C) set-up + $0.50 (C) running charge per piece.
9. A $50 (C) set up charge is applicable to both men's and women's watches.
10. New! Deboss logo: $60 (C) set-up and $1.50 (C) running charge per piece.

MISCELLANOUS

1. All orders must be in writing. Errors resulting from hand written orders are the responsibility of the Distributor.
2. Any changes or modifications to an order must also be in writing.
3. Products and colours in the catalogue are as accurate as possible. Slight variations may, however, occur during the photo process. We are not responsible for variations in colours.
4. Returns on orders must be authorized and submitted within 21 days of receipt of delivery. Shipments will be refused without the proper authorization number clearly stated on the shipment at the cost of the distributor.
5. We reserve the right to substitute products that compare in price and design for the items shown in this catalogue. This will only incur if our manufacturers products change or improve.
6. Imprinted products appearing in our catalogue are for illustrative purposes only, without any intention to promote or misuse the trademarks or company name as shown.
7. Slight flow marks or minor scratches may appear on items. These are considered acceptable.
8. Due to natural grain of wood, there may be slight variations in colour and engraving that is beyond our control, and considered acceptable.

ALL PURCHASE ORDERS MUST CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING:

1. Artwork is an authorized format.
2. Full Shipping Information.
3. Imprint/Engraving size and location.
4. Imprint colours (PMS# listed if needed)
5. Dial, strap and casing colour (where applicable)
6. Colour of product (where applicable)
7. Quantity and item number
